Questions
Who is the course for?
It is written for physical therapists. Physical therapist assistants, athletic trainers and occupational therapists have taken it too. Whether the credit counts for you depends on your profession and your state.
Will it count toward my license renewal?
See continuing education by state for each course. If your state is not listed, ask us before you register and we will find out.
How much of it is hands-on?
Most of both days. Every technique is demonstrated, then practiced on a partner with correction, so come ready to be the patient as well as the clinician.
What should I wear?
Clothes you can move in, and a layer that lets a partner reach the shoulder, neck and upper back.
Do I get the manual?
Yes. Every attendee takes home the printed manual the course is taught from.
When do I get my certificate?
By email after the course ends, for everyone who signs in for the whole course.
Where do I park?
At the Ann Arbor clinic, free parking is on site, at the door.
Can my clinic host a course?
Courses have run at a host site before. If you have a room and a group who would come, tell us about it.
