Refunds and cancellations

• 30 days or more before the course: a full refund.
• 8 to 29 days before: a refund less a $100 administrative fee, or full credit toward another Hoban Seminars course within 12 months.
• 7 days or less before, or if you do not attend: no refund, but full credit toward another course within 12 months.
• Sending a colleague instead: free of charge. Tell us their name and license details before the course so the certificate is right.
• If we cancel or reschedule: a full refund, or your place on the new date. We cannot cover travel or hotel costs, so please book refundable travel.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

To cancel or transfer, email us with your name and the course.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued to each person who attends the whole course, by email after it ends. Continuing education approval varies by state; see continuing education by state before you register.

Your information

We ask for your name, email, license number and licensing state to register you, issue your certificate and keep the attendance record continuing education boards require. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else, except a licensing board that asks for attendance records. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We email you about other courses only if you ask us to.
